GCT

1. Validity and Regulation

The general company terms (GCT) apply to all contracts and services in association with www.speedvolume.com. By ordering products from our range the terms are considered as accepted by the buyer. Diferring terms by the buyer are only recognized if they have been approved in writing.

2. Applicable Law

The Swiss substantive law applies to the company terms and the entire privity of contract between us and the buyer. Zürich (Switzerland) is the exclusive jurisdiction for all direct or indirect disputes arising from the contractual relationship.
Should individual or several terms of these general company terms be or become invalid or contain a loophole, the privity of contract commits to replace or extend a suitable individual agreement. This agreement must comply with the commercial aim of the required regulation. The validity of the remaining terms will remain unchanged.

3. Offer and Contract

The details in our sale documents (Internet, catalogue and price lists) are for reference only and do not represent absolute guarantees of features. Designs are subject to change. Details can be changed at any time.
The contract between us and the buyer constitutes with payment of the invoice by the buyer.

4. Limitation of Liability

Damage claims are excluded.  A breach of contract on our behalf will result in a full refund to the buyer.

5.Added value tax

www.speedvolume.com currently does not charge their added value tax. Should this situation change, the paragraph at hand will be adjusted in the GCT.

6. Delivery to selected countries

www.speedvolume.com delivers its products to all countries from which payments can be made through www.paypal.com to www.speedvolume.com. The complete list of countries can be viewed at www.paypal.com.

7. Prices and Payment

Prices of individual products are exclusive packaging and postage.
Packaging and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. These costs are always listed separately in the transaction
The invoice amount is in Euro only and only payable by credit card or PayPal account at time of order and must be paid in Euro.
www.speedvolume.com in principle handles payment collection through the online payment service www.paypal.com. Orders without credit cards or a PayPal account are possible upon inquiry.

8. Tax

All potential accruing tax and costs of import customs authorities of the relevant destination countries such as: custom costs, duty, GST payment requests and others are the full responsibility of the buyer.

9. Deliveries

We reserve the right to ship orders of multiple products individualy in part deliveries or in one delivery.

10. Delivery Time

All products are shipped by the Swiss Postal Service and as a rule are delivered within 3 to 7 days throughout Europe. World-wide delivery takes from 5 to 10 days.
The mailing will occur after payment has landed on our account. The delivery time starts on the working day following receipt of payment.
www.speedvolume.com is obliged, that the product/s ordered by the customer within 40 days after receiving payment will hand over to the Swiss Postal Service for the transport. If this term is not kept by www.speedvolume.com, the customer can withdraw from the contract of sale. In that case the customer can request, if the paid amount will be refunded in full upon or a replacement of the same value will be delivered in addition.
Dates and delivery times are noncommital unless a change has been advised in writing.
The commitment of specific delivery times and delivery dates are subject to the correct and timely delivery to us from the subcontractor and manufacturer, as well as subject to possible delays of custom processes with export mailings.

11. Complaints and Exchanges

Return consignments or exchanges are only permitted for items which have a proven manufacturing defect or which have been incorrectly delivered.
The detailed product descriptions are available on the bottom page „Products“ of the main page on www.speedvolume.com. Delivered products with variations up to max 10 percent of the listed values are not considered as imperfect or defective.
For genuine complaints the customer will advise www.speedvolume.com via email to:
info@speedvolume.com with a detailed description of the circumstances and defect. If the defect is accepted by www.speedvolume.com both parties will agree to
a) full refund to the customer of the invoice amount, including packaging and postal charges or b) replacement delivery.
If a return consignment occurs through the customer without to inform www.speedvolume.com by email first about the planned return, the right of the customer to receive a full refund of the invoice amount, a replacement delivery or any other demands becomes null and void.
The goods must be in their original condition and in their original packaging when a return consignment occurs. Should the goods not arrive in their original condition, any demand of the customer becomes null and void.
If manufacturer instructions or Tips for care are not followed, any guarantee becomes null and void, providing the defect can be associated. The instructions are available on the bottom page of „Products“ on the main page of www.speedvolume.com.
Exchange of incorrectly ordered items or sizes is not permitted as all products are manufactured individually according to the customer’s request. For the prevention of ordering wrong sizes, we have listed various stretching of our items in centimeters on the bottom page of „Products“.
Complaints in relation to failure to comply with delivery times are to be processed as per description under the previously mentioned title „Delivery Times“.

12. Washing and Ironing

All our products can be machine washed at 40 degrees. T-Shirts and Tops must be washed inside out.
The www.speedvolume.com T-Shirts and Tops can be easily ironed on the inside. Please ensure that the designs of the front and back area of the inside out piece of clothing do not come in contact during ironing. Otherwise both designs could be damaged during ironing.
We are not liable or will accept any damaged prints resulting from not complying with the above mentioned wash and ironing instructions.
Fading of prints due to washing is part of the nature of the fabric and prints and is inevitable. Therefore we are not liable for damaged, worn, detached or faded prints.

13. Damaged Prints

Because all our products consist of cotton and elastane, the fabrics are stretchable. Even the pressed on prints are stretchable to a certain extend, however not to the same extent as the fabric itself.
Therefore severe stretching of the clothing items in the print area can lead to extensive print damage. The prints will wear out naturally with normal use of the clothing item. This is part of the nature of the fabric and prints and is inevitable.
We are in no way liable for or accept any damaged, worn or detached prints.

14. Protection of Privacy

We reserve the right to process and store any data of the buyer within the Privacy Law in relation to the business transaction.

15. Copyright

The label SpeedVolume is protected. All prints are also copyright protected. Any type of copying, multiplying or imitation is prohibited and will be prosecuted.
Our website is copyright protected. The copyright belongs exclusively to us. All rights are reserved. This website can not be copied, multiplied or imitated entirely or partially in any form without our written permission.
We are not liable or guarantee for the content of our website. All technical data is current. Typing errors, errors and modifications are subject to change.
